"Hurricane Dorian is expected to produce dangerous storm surge and hurricane-force winds along portions of the Florida east coast and the coasts of Georgia and South Carolina. The threat of flash flooding will increase today and tonight along the east coast of Florida, then extend up the southeast and mid-Atlantic coast during the middle and latter part of the week. Our contingency plans are in place and, as always, our priorities are the safety and well-being of our team members and minimizing the effects of potential storms on service. FedEx will be prepared to provide service to the best of our ability in areas affected by the storm and as local conditions allow.

Shipping to affected areas?
Note that potential service disruptions may not affect FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Office, etc. the same. This may result in different levels of impact as well as cities, states and ZIP Codes serviced.

Continue to check the status of your shipments on fedex.com or go to fedex.com for updates to FedEx Service Alerts."
