Have a bouncy ball that doesn't bounce? Tell us, we'll issue you a credit, and then go ahead and bounce that ball into the trash. Or maybe it’s an iPod® Shuffle­™ that doesn't shuffle? We may want to take a closer look. Point is - some things are worth saving and some aren't. Regardless, if you have a defective item, we'll get you your money back. 

Exceptions may include:

  • Custom products
  • Discounted or Closeout Items 
  • Seasonal merchandise
  • Candy
  • Special orders
  • Inners that have been opened
  • Products without the original packaging (i.e. Lava® Lamp without the box)
  • Sale items

Start a New Return

If you need to place a return, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log-in to your account
  2. Click the Create New Returns button below 
  3. Complete the form
  4. Either print the RMA label provided and tape it to the outside of your box OR write the RMA number provided on the outside of the box. *Returns cannot be accepted without the RMA number

Returns Shipping

You can use the shipping service of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, carrier pigeon, etc). You are responsible for the return shipping cost on unwanted merchandise. Also, refunds do not include any shipping charges.
