Redemption Plus' standard Return Policy

Have a bouncy ball that doesn't bounce? Tell us, we'll issue you a credit, and then go ahead and bounce that ball into the trash. Or maybe it’s an iPod® Shuffle­™ that doesn't shuffle? We may want to take a closer look. Point is - some things are worth saving and some aren't. Regardless, if you have a defective item, we'll get you your money back.

We want to partner with you to ensure we provide the flexibility you need to have the best items in your redemption area. We provide returns on our products purchased within the last 90 days and will refund your full purchase price, with the following exceptions:

  • Custom products

  • Discounted or Closeout Items

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Candy

  • Special orders

  • Inners that have been opened

  • Products without the original packaging (i.e. Lava® Lamp without the box)

  • Sale items

If you need to place a return, just follow these easy steps:
1. In an excel or CSV file, send smileteam@redemptionplus.com the following information: Item(s) number, Item(s) description, number of items being requested to return, reason for the return.
2. Your Account Manager will contact you to confirm information and submit the return to our Inventory Team.

Returns Shipping

You can use the shipping service of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, carrier pigeon, etc). You are responsible for the return shipping cost on unwanted merchandise. Also, refunds do not include any shipping charges.
