Defective Items? Received something that's not working quite right? We've got your back and are here to help! Whether it's a bouncy ball that's lost its bounce or a game that's not quite gaming – we'll refund your account right away. No fuss, no muss—just be sure to let us know within 90 days from your purchase date!

Changed your mind? That's cool too! We all make choices we want to revisit sometimes. If you need to return any item (that's not on our exceptions list below), you've got 30 days from purchase to send it back. Just keep in mind you'll need to cover the shipping costs to our warehouse.

❌ Sorry, We Can't Accept Returns On:

  • Custom products

  • Discounted or closeout items

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Candy

  • Special orders

  • Opened inner packages

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Item numbers

  • Item descriptions

  • Quantity to return

  • Reason for return

  • Your Account Manager will confirm and handle the rest!
