Regardless, if you have a defective item, we'll get you your money back. Exceptions may include:
- Custom products
- Seasonal merchandise
- Special orders.

If you need to place a return, just follow these easy steps (you'll need to be logged into your account):
- Click the Start A New Return button below
- Complete the form
- Either print the RMA label provided and tape it to the outside of your box OR write the RMA number provided on the outside of the box*
*Returns cannot be accepted without the RMA number.
You may use the shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping cost on unwanted merchandise. Also, refunds do not include any shipping charges.
